2. What Cookies Are

Functional and preference – may remember language, accessibility, and interface choices, including the AI assistant session identifier.
Analytics – help us measure traffic and improve the website. Where consent is required, analytics storage should be used only after consent.

4. Tools and Example Cookies

The website may use the following tools and identifiers:

WordPress and Elementor – technical session and security data needed for the website and forms;
Complianz – consent cookies whose names commonly begin with cmplz_; retention depends on the active banner configuration;
Google reCAPTCHA v3 – security identifiers that may include _GRECAPTCHA and other Google identifiers; some may be retained for up to about 6 months;
Google Analytics 4 – _ga and _ga_G-03TFQ5H5Z7 for visitor and session measurement; default retention may be up to 2 years, subject to service settings and browser limits;
AIVAVO AI assistant – browser local storage named aivavo_chat_session keeps a pseudonymous session identifier so a conversation can continue. It remains until browser storage is cleared; related server-side session data is currently scheduled for deletion after 90 days of inactivity;
accessibility and translation tools – may store preferences selected by the user for a session or until cleared.

The exact list may change as the website and external services are updated.

5. Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics

reCAPTCHA v3 protects forms against spam and automated abuse and may send Google technical information about the device, browser, IP address, and website interaction.

6. Managing Cookies

You can accept, reject, or review optional categories in the cookie banner. You can also withdraw or change consent through the cookie settings interface when available, and delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

Blocking essential storage may prevent forms or parts of the website from working correctly. Limiting analytics storage should not affect basic website use.
